DEMOLITION & NEW BUILD
Silver Birch Developments are proud to announce their appointment to demolish then rebuild a large family home in Collingham. The new five bedroom house is to extend over three levels and features a 60sqm first floor balcony, home office, gym, private courtyard, and triple garage as well as all the up-to-date technologies expected. Site clearance has commenced and it is anticipated that the whole project will take approximately 18 months to complete.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF NEW HOME

Silver Birch Developments has been appointed to build a new home for a collection of Koi Carp. The brief is very exact as the fish are extremely particular and there are many considerations which are critical to the well being of the new occupants. To ensure a happy lifestyle, included with the pond is a plant room to house the huge amount of equipment required to stay healthy, and a pergola to shade and protect against the elements and predators.

NEW BUILD IN ILKLEY
Though this project is still in the planning stage, working in conjunction with MAS Design Architects, Silver Birch Developments has been appointed to undertake the design and feasibility study of a new build luxury five bedroom home in the desirable area of Middleton overlooking Ilkley. The project requires the removal of an existing house which is to be replaced with a more contemporary home featuring a four story home lift, vehicle turn-tables, home cinema, gym, games room, and all the latest fixtures and fitting expected in a build of this quality.

This project is located in Bramhope and not only requires under pinning to create a basement garage, but for the roof to be completely removed and rebuilt at a more acute angle creating a master bedroom and en-suite. The commission commenced in May 2022 and due to the complexity of the engineering it is estimated to be a 15 month build.

SOLD BEFORE COMPLETION

Located in Bramhope and taking just under 24 months to complete, these two luxury five bedroom homes were sold prior to sign off. Constructed over three floors the houses included all the fixtures and fittings expected with homes of their stature along with detached double garages, large drives, and substantial landscaping. The commission also included all dealings with the architects, engineers, building control, local authority, utility companies, and warranty inspectors. Concluded in the spring of 2022 the commission was within budget.
